Right of Withdrawal

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We aim to ensure a straightforward and fair refund process, depending on the nature of the product:

• Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
  Please inform us within 3 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence.

• Non-defective items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective items, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
